Green Sense Radio is a privately funded public affairs radio show that tells the story of innovators big and small that are changing the world with their sustainable ideas. Our show is entertaining and informative and makes sustainability fun. We have been primarily self-funded and created with the vision that independent media is vitally important to the community.

We require additional support from our audience who can make small, affordable contributions to keep our show a going concern. Green Sense Radio is the only commercial show dedicated to environmental innovations. Hosted by entrepreneur, scientist and author Robert Colangelo, the show has built a sizable following since first hitting the airwaves and the internet in 2010. The show is now broadcast on 37 radio stations each week and distributed online.

We pay a producer, assistant and contractor to produce and market the show. This includes booking guests, editing audio interviews, writing and research, assembling the program, show distribution, and posting to the web. In addition, we have equipment costs: microphones, computers, internet connection and web hosting fees that are necessary to keep producing the program every week as we've been doing for the past seven years. In addition to our paid staff, we have reporters and a host who volunteer their time.
