Healing Narcissistic Abuse
Hi everyone! I have been sharing information for 8 years about narcissistic abuse to bring awareness about what it is and how to heal from it. I have been on a journey of learning more about myself through the process. I have just opened my podcast back up to continue sharing and all I have learned along the way.
I have been in the process of healing within and will be sharing that process as I would like to help change the generational patterns passed down in my own family. I would like to help begin this process and share as part of my legacy. I hope this will help others to try the same as we pass our coping skills down each generation.
We can make huge changes and help change family patterns and dynamics. I am going to at least try starting the process in my own family. Maybe this will inspire someone else as I venture down the path.
I will be going back into my childhood visiting some places and will be sharing how my personality and coping skills were shaped.
Thank you for supporting me on this journey. I hope it will not just help myself and family going forward, but others who need healing and not sure where to begin. 💜
