Strong content for Strongman fans.
Strongman has been my life for over 15 years. From my first novice competition back in 2005, I've lived and breathed the sport, and it's been one hell of a journey.
I've enjoyed some amazing highs and some crushing lows. I've won Europe's Strongest Man and competed at World's Strongest Man 11 times, and I've been injured more times than I care to remember, often in spectacular style...
Now I've decided to step back from competing, my love for the sport has been reignited.
The content I'm creating is unlike any other seen in the sport. It comes from an athletes perspective but it's not just about me, the athlete. I'm having in depth conversations with athletes past and present, you can enjoy my Top 10's (because everyone loves a Top 10), event discussion and analysis, and there's so much more planned.

The saying 'Time is money' has never been truer for me in recent months, and a huge chunk of my time is spent working with my online strength coaching clients.
