Our society is more connected than ever before, while simultaneously being more disconnected than ever before. Relationships are not deepened through status updates, but intentional conversation. Also, there are incredible people around us all the time, and often we elevate them to an unattainable level, forgetting that they're just human beings like us.
My podcast is dedicated to having intentional conversations with incredible people. All of us are human beings, and somehow we've forgotten that. My interview style is a conversational one that goes deeper than most interviews simply because we all need to be reminded that this is what we were made for - true, meaningful relationship. I prefer to be candid so that others don't feel alone, and I encourage my guests to do the same. I also hope to be a megaphone for people who are impacting the world for better. I encourage any of you reading this to listen first, pledge second.
Guest Fees & Production Equipment
Some guests speak as the source of their livelihood. I want them to be paid accordingly! Hitting this goal would allow me the ability to seek out new guests who otherwise wouldn't be reachable.
Also, equipment needs to be upgraded and improved somewhat regularly depending on the item. It can range from a small adapter costing only $20 to a new entire microphone setup needing to be purchased for in-person interviews.
