My name is Anthony Hester. I am the host and founder of Breathe Motivation. I started this podcast to help others find their purpose and passion in their day to day lives. This is something that I struggled with for years. What I discovered through the years is that I want to help people discover who they are. I was never very confident and I battled the negative talk track in my mind for years. I set on a journey of self-discovery and discovered that I was meant to help others through coaching and helping people shift their mentality from negative thinking to positive thinking. I ask for your help because I currently work a full-time job and do this podcast daily. I am working to launch coaching programs and more exciting content through video to help people find their greatness within.
