As you may have noticed the Covert Narcissism Podcast has a new look. We’ve got a better sound, and studio recording now. We have lights, cameras, and microphones. We’ve launched our social media pages on Facebook and TikTok. I have a producer now, that sounds so weird when you say it out loud. I never saw any of this coming, this is all new territory for me.
My producer and I were having our regular strategy meeting, and we talked about the expenses for the podcast. He suggested that I charge for a second episode every week, as a way of giving something for membership fee. It didn’t take long for me to decide that charging for a second episode, or charging anything for the podcast for that matter, is not in my heart. This podcast is my mission and to charge a fee for the content just doesn’t feel right to me. So in our strategy meeting we decided that we had to find a different way.
You’ve probably noticed some small ads on the podcast and I try to keep them to a minimum. If they are not valuable to you and you want to skip over them, by all means, please do. However, just know that every little bit helps to keep this podcast going. So instead of charging for the second episode, we are going to open up for donations with a patron account.
