Dr. R. Zarwulugbo Liberty is president and founding church planter of an African independent church denomination, Church of the Believers, Inc., in Liberia, West Africa, and the Africa International Christian Mission, Inc., with headquarters in Boynton Beach, Florida. Prior to his coming to serve as a missionary in the United States, he, along with his wife, Esther, planted nineteen churches in Liberia, established the Liberty Theological Seminary, the Fellowship of Christian Churches of Africa, and the Christian High School.

Dr. Liberty is an author, speaker, and adjunct professor at South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary. He serves as president of Africa International Christian Mission (AICM), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2000. He is a sound Christian leader, scholar, theologian, and missiologist. 

In partnership with some prominent Christians and scholars, Dr. Liberty will return home, very soon, to launch the Africa Christian Univrsity in Liberia, West Africa. The goal of Africa Christian University is to prepare spiritual and political leaders and others in various disciplines to serve God and humanity faithfully in the 21st century; to emphasize the application of Scripture to all aspects of cultures, and provide them with excellent academic instruction with enculturation, assimilation, and acculturation; to guide each student’s personal spiritual growth and excellence in varied disciplines.

Presently, we are providing scholarship to 100 students at Christian High School that we operate in Liberia. We pray, with your help, to give scholarship to more students at the university. We need your help because the unemployment rate in Liberia is 85 percent, and most students would need financial aid or scholarship. (2) To meet one of the requirements of the National Commission on Higher Education in Liberia. The Commission requires, among others, that, "The amount of US$100,000.00 or its equivalent or insurance bond for bachelor's degree presented to the National Commission on Higher Education as collateral."
