We talk Longevity through a Healthy Lifestyle. A mix of mental, physical, and spiritual Knowledge. The mind, body, soul trifecta. 

Our base or starting point with all our subjects is the health aspect and point of view, from there we conversate with those who are striving in their respective fields, through these same principles. From that starting point the coversations flow to many other aspects covering a wide ,wide veriety of topics as the talk moves along.

One of our main goals is to talk to those who are older in life (by that we mean not those in their early 20's preaching health- not that there is anything wrong with that) We want to talk to those who have been at it and look amazing futher along in life so we can learn from those with experience, the do's the dont's. what works and what may not.

Talking to female business owners, mothers, older female/male health advocates, entrepreneurs, gym owners, (master) athletes, we try to get into the heads of those who changed up their diets, mindset, and overal attitude by taking health into their own hands making a change for the better
