I loved nursing. I breathed nursing; my being was nursing. I had many earned titles- BSN, CCRN, RCIS, Trauma Certified, RN for the state of Texas. I was on the top in my field, and one of the Seven Deadly Sins "ruffled feathers" in my field. I was accused of violating my Scope of Practice. I did not. I was the first person/entity to access immunity. The Board of Nursing neglected to recognized immunity to me. I fought the accusations from the accusing hospital staff known as the "meeting of the minds," and the Board of Nursing through the years, and in multiple courts as a Pro Se Nurse Litigant.

The Peer Review did not disclose any documents or things to me, There are not witnesses against you. There are not documents. All you have to di is show up." This is a Sham Peer Review. Justice was denied in my case.
