Real Estate Right was the vision of Sue Langeder, a Melbourne real estate copywriter who, over her 25+ years experience in real estate advertising, and constant conversations with vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords, discovered there was a hole in the market to know how to do real estate right. She has a passion to help those who are either new to the industry, or don't do real estate everyday, understanding how they can be more savvy in their real estate transactions. Real estate isn't just about property - it's about the people and the lifestyle they want to live. It's about knowing how to make the right decisions to protect their assets, protect their interests and most importantly, protect their family. Real Estate Right is designed to be helpful, objective advice about Melbourne's property market, to ensure the public are best informed with the small detail before they sign on the dotted line. There's no other podcast like it, a podcast then enables you to pick the subject matter than bests suits your needs at the time.
I run this podcast by myself. Yes I started out with Grant Kennedy, but time constraints made it hard for Grant to continue. I have invested extensively to create a quality podcast, from my own studio, to ensure the podcast comes out professionally. I am dedicated to bringing out a new episode every week. But all this takes time, to research, produce, market and bring to you every week. If you would like to give Real Estate Right a small donation to keep it going, it would be extremely appreciated.

If I receive this goal, I would like to introduce a side-podcast called 'If The Walls Could Talk'. Imagine finding the stories of those who have lived inside a house, and tracking down all the different characters, the shocking events, the decisions to sell, the stories within and the neighbours who tell. 'If The Walls Could Talk' will bring an address to life each episode, giving you an insight how the different characters shaped the energy within a home.
