I'm Tina Baxter. I am nurse entrepreneur and nurse business owner. When I started my first business, I sought out practical advice to launch my own business. What I found is that there are a lot of coaches and consultants out there when you have already launched your business, but there are few coaches and consultants who want to walk with you when  have an idea or a dream, but aren't sure how to get started. That is why I founded The Nurse Shark Academy to help nurses build and launch their own business. I started The Nurse Shark Academy Show because nurses are doing exciting and powerful things in the marketplace, and yet, most nurses and others have no idea. I wanted a platform so that we can support one another and celebrate one another. To serve as an inspiration for other nurses to help solve the problems we have in healthcare.
